Acting freely and in my own interest, I give specific, concrete, informed, unambiguous, and voluntary consent to the processing of the personal data provided in this registration form by the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO University), hereinafter referred to as the Operator, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, “On Personal Data” (as amended at the time consent is given).

The data will be processed for the purposes of providing information about the event and the registration date, registering participants for the ITU Model, reviewing applications, providing information about the terms of participation, providing organizational support, compiling lists of participants, and preparing documents certifying completion of the lecture series and participation in the ITU Model.

The consent covers the collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, anonymization, restriction, deletion and destruction of personal data by automated and non-automated means.

This consent remains valid until 31 December of the year following completion of the ITU Model. It may be withdrawn by sending a request to aicentre@inno.mgimo.ru. Once the processing purposes have been achieved or the consent has been withdrawn, the data will be deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is required by law.
